I don't know how I get here the write. I am having a hard time understanding how to do anything. I can't figure out how to look for treatment centers

What kind of treatment center are you looking for? Do you have DID in addition to PTSD?

I understand the confusion and discouragement, please do not give up on the search for yourself because you are so worth fighting for.

I am not sure what is going on with me I forgt how to do the simplest things or what I was going to.

There are times while I try to stay alert to that fact that I am an adult and no longer in danger, I am also trying to subpress the past.

My head will kill me, my ears ring so loud and my eyes burn.
