Yawning sounds like you aren't getting enough oxygen. I know when I'm in a stuffy room, I start to yawn. Beyond the fact that trauma is exhausting, as are the symptoms, for some reason, your problem to me seems like it might be physical. Do you stretch your lungs? Stretching your lungs through physical exercise is really helpful to develop deeper breathing. Yoga is especially good, because half the focus is on the physical stretches, and the other half is on controlled, deep breathing. Are you breathing too shallowly? Maybe your posture is worsening your tiredness. When we slouch, we limit our oxygen intake. Most people breathe shallowly, and this takes years off life. I started out by just reminding myself to breathe slowly and deeply throughout the day, down into my belly. That helped me. I hope you figure out your tiredness, though. I suffer from fairly constant fatigue. It is because of a life filled with trauma. For me, right now, I see my fatigue as my body's way of saying, 'I need a break'. I'm giving in to its call.
