Hello to all,
Six years ago, I learned my troubles had a name, PTSD. Since then, I've engaged in therapy and spent the last 4 years allowing myself to trust one. I've repeatedly abandoned my life, gotten discouraged, then somehow found enough resilience to continue. I've determined to pull it together and hold on to stability. I'm focused on self-care and look forward to learning what others have found useful here.
