Hi again hun...
No, what I was referring to was an earlier mention of his time in the military:
Before he got called out to that village, what was he doing just prior? If you work out the chain of events, you might be able to work out how his mind is associating what ever it is that is bringing on the anxiety and try to eliminate or change it slightly.
For example, lets say that just before his unit got called to jump into the helicopter, he was relaxing watching a particular TV show with a close mate. Imagine then that there was a phone call to tell them that they had to go to the helicopter (I don't know how the military works, I'm just trying to put together a supposed string of events).
Now imagine that you and he are relaxing in front of the TV and that TV show comes on... or perhaps the phone rings...
All I'm saying is that I think it is premature to not dig further before saying that you are his trigger without looking at the whole circumstance including what he was doing/experiencing prior to the original trauma...

The TH said she'll give me one example of how he also felt the same with the military. One particular time, his unit got a call that a village was being slaughtered, women raped and so his unit jumped into the helicopter but sitting in the helicopter feeling helpless because they were one hour away from rescuing this innocent people, knowing that they would be too late and feeling guilty for not being able to help.
