Poll Csa and sex work

Is there anyone here who has participated in sex work but did *not* experience csa?

(I know this is a biased sample group.)

I voted ‘yes.’ Although for me, I didn’t know I was sexually abused as a child until more recently as the memories are only just recently resurfacing. Had I taken this poll a before, I would have voted ‘no.’

Also, depending on what part of me was close/in front…that would have impacted my answer as well….since some parts of me did NOT participate in sex work and do not identify with the question at all.

DID is complicated and a lot has been hidden from me. But…the REALITY is…yes I was sexually abused as a child and yes I did engage in sex work (as a WHOLE person)… Even if some of me’s were not/did not.

Not sure if this is helpful. Or just makes it messier.
