That's really great! What kinds of things are you growing? I think planting really helps with PTSD. I would love to grow some things once I move back into my house! What a good idea :)
I planted several varieties of tomatoes, some green peppers, some chili peppers, and some cucumbers. I also planted lavender, rosemary, basil, dill, chives, oregano, and parsley and am still looking for cilantro. I think there might be more I can't even remember.
I have been working on controlling my temper/rage......
Recently I was called into the office at work to be disciplined by the manager. I could feel the rage building and I was thinking to myself "should I hurt her or call her a c*nt". I got up and walked out of the office instead.
But that's what I'm proud of myself for.....I didn't do what I could have done.
I'm sure there's different/better ways of handling things, but for right now I'm just proud of controlling my temper. That's a big step forward for me....
