Day Flashes Anyone Else Deal With This?

One of my weirdest issues are day flashes, where it is almost a dream like state but happens when I am awake. What I see I know is a flash but they seem as real at the moment as if someone was standing right in front of me. Those around me see me zoning out. It is best described as a movie clip playing only for me, so others think I am simply day dreaming. Depending on what the flash is about determines how I feel following the event, at times it will call anxiety to various levels. Other times I am able to come out of it and just go about my day. I take Zyprexa for this and it does help to some level.

Mine only come through triggers. Sudden, loud noises can usually bring on a flash for me, but instead of looking like Im zoned out, because both of the two incidents that caused my PTSD resulted in extreme pain, I react as though I've just been hurt, because my brain thinks Im hurt again and it triggers those senses.
So sometimes I lose feeling in my left leg and catch myself on something, or just fall, other times I'll take in a deep sharp breath and stop moving because my spine is shocked. Luckily it's not random for me, I can't imagine what that must be like. But I work in a restaurant, so there are a lot of noisy areas, and if someone drops a tray of food it happens then too.
