Did the claims sheet for the va today . ended up with 21 items and got to go back to the doc on some other stuff. Shit just really stresses me out. I hate dealing with the changes even though I know it has to happen. I keep thinking who would hire me he'll my own family doesn't like me. Well my little worry for the night.

Keep your own records of everything. Record when you submit it, to whom and record it. The VA is well known for losing stuff. Good luck!

Love the call name by the way. What Spock said, good practice to get into in a general sense. It's always a worry, it's the 'unknown factor', and perfectly normal. Hope it all works out for ya'.

Unrelated by nature but important when talking documents.
A pal of mine was taken away from his parents as a child. Good reason for it as well (coming from me who's against meddling social workers period).
Put into a carehome and had a childhood from hell.
He tried to apply for a government grand he's entitled to.

Only... child welfare doesn't keep records from that long ago. Been destroyed.
The carehome has destroyed all old records.
We've been to a lawyer today and he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Moral of the story, keep duplicates of everything you can lay your hands on.

What Spock said is dead on......I really piss off the VA, I write Sent By Certified Mail and put the number on the top or bottom of what I am sending the VA. Also with Return Receipt. You can go to the post office and pick up blank Certified Mail & Return Receipt forms to fill out at home.......Don't forget, make copies.....
