Here's a link to a recent Frontline episode entitled "Digital Nation." It contains a chapter (#8) about using virtual reality simulations as exposure therapy for veterans. The session shown on the show is being done at the Manhattan VA. It says there are 40 centers doing clinical trials in the US right now.
