@Simply Simon Indifference is exactly how I feel. Sometimes it's the only time that it feels right. Like the event that I saw finally matched the anguish I felt. For once it was correct. Do you think that you were maybe trying to control your environment to match the feelings inside when you drifted while driving?
Because my memories are so fragmented, I mostly remember the emotions and pain. I don't get much visual, and yet my intrusive thoughts are pretty damn vivid. Maybe this is why? My brain trying to sort it out?
In any case, I try not to beat myself up for it. It's a sign of worsening symptoms.
