Oh shimmerz emdr is kind of a bitter/sweet, heaven/hell, good/bad, coming undone/healing experience for me. Mind-blowing and mind-altering and mind-numbing. Frightened, yet secure in knowing emdr is helping slowly numb the horrific trauma memories. I am sending you this moment (crying now) God's great strength, hope, and promises (biblical), and I am sending you big, huge hugs, and holy kisses - bunches and bunches of cheek holy kisses just for you shimmerz. Friend printed off the shauer91111artikel.pdf for me; we took to EMDR therapy and Dr. made copy to utilize in tx of me and his other ptsd clients. Thank you shimmerz. So Dr. played some music on computer by singer: Shaina Noll. Her songs about inner child connection; spiritual grounding songs. Helped a great deal - post EMDR session today.
