I have had an eating disorder which I have now overcome. I suffer from IBS as well, but I just ignore it most of the time. Is just a pain running to the toilet at work when you have diarhoea :P Tend to pick my lips alot when I am nervous but wearing lip balm helps to heal the flesh that is missing. Chronic fatigue is also high on my list as I never really sleep deeply as I need to pee a lot at night and never get into a deep sleep ever. The body dysmorphic as well, but again overcome this by raising my self esteem.

Most of it I am coping and learning to live with. I hide my illness very well. Noone notices, except the shaking sometimes. And when I wake people up casing the house at night or going for a wee hehe.

I had alot of the issues. It's depressing, but it was worse when I didn't have any idea why I was always having physical problems!! I just wish I could fix them!!:(

"Disordered stress reactivity can be established as a pattern for life not only in the brain with the stress response system, but also in the body through the vagus nerve, a nerve that affects functioning in multiple systems (e.g., digestion). For example, prolonged distress in early life, resulting in a poorly functioning vagus nerve, is related disorders as irritable bowel syndrome (Stam et al, 1997). See more about how early stress is toxic for lifelong health from the recent Harvard report, The Foundations of Lifelong Health are Built in Early Childhood)."
