It's really quite frustrating not being able to do anything i want to, because all of a sudden ive been triggered without knowing exactly what it was and im feeling sick.
It's just a real pain in the neck!
Sometimes it takes me out for days and I cant quite workout why im so unwell all of a sudden.
I guess the biggest thing i have come to learn is to identify that im not feeling well, because usually i would just fight it and get upset that im not able to do anything the way id like to.
 
No reason for an apology - we're all looking for the same thing.

I've learned over time what my triggers are and sometimes I'm triggered by negative stressors, but sometimes positive stressors do it to me as well. Can you think back over the last couple of days and think of anything that was different - good or bad? It may not help you to get out of it right away, but the next time the same trigger shows up, you will be able to recognize it and I find it helps me to get back to "normal" faster.
