i Feel threTened like gut feeling which Has me hiding n cowering
This is classic signs of anxiety. I get this too.
I am hearing innocent sound like the fan morph into the sounds of hospital equipment such as a mri machine and sirons and radio music its entremly frightening
This is trauma (if you have experienced trauma in hospitals or around sirens or trauma around radio music?) it sounds like flashbacks and your brain is trying to process some sort of trauma you may have experienced. Again I have had this symptom too. It will pass.
I start dripping in sweat
This is anxiety classic fight-flight. Seemingly, so I have read is that the body is preparing for a threat so it will sweat so your body is slippery and difficult to capture you (I read this, can't remember the source, but definitely look up fight and flight online as well as anxiety symptoms)
my eye sight is effected severly
Your eye sight is looking for potential threats so the pupils will dilate massively, either taking in light, or changing the contrast around you, it will return back to normal when you feel safer again. It's just your body reacting to a perceived threat (this is when anxiety becomes the problem, because there is clearly no threat, but if your mind is frightened, there is no way to control it as it happens. . .it's just a self-talk thing that will be learned in time to calm yourself down if or when this might happen again)
I feel vibrations and get goosebumps sometimes as if im in danger my heart beats so hard i can feel it in my head and I am so scared I am loosing my mind ?
You are simply frightened and you will feel these sensations and what is making it worse, your rational part of the brain can't find anything to be scared about. . .so what happens? Your mind races for answers, hence how you feel like you are losing your mind. This is all anxiety related!
Of course, I would definitely see your doctor and rule out any medical issues. But everything you say in your thread, I have had all of these and they do pass. What helped me with these types of symptoms was educating myself, seeing my doctor, talking over with a therapist problems I had or were having at the time. I didn't opt for medication, though I did take it when I was like you and not having a clue what was going on.
It sounds very much like anxiety and it's tricking you into more fear and in the fear of fear cycle you will go, waiting for the next attack! Honestly, please believe me, these anxiety symptoms are not dangerous and they do pass.
I hope you are okay, I know how upsetting and scary these symptoms can be. I hope you keep in touch and let us know how you are and if you do seek medical attention
