Does anyone feel completely empty ?

Do you guys feel empty? How can I get over this. I am too young for feel empty., I dont want to do anything. I cant find joy in this world. Before all this shit I was very cheerful and totally happy. Does it make sense? What do you prefer for me?

yes, binchilling, it makes sense to me, but it's one of those feelings i don't expect anyone who has not experienced it to understand. may you never have the experience to understand by, my friend. for what it's worth, i call that feeling, "dissociation" and remedy it with grounding exercises.

that one is on you. for sure. identifying and respecting my own realistic preferences for myself is an important piece of my own recovery. no, waiting for my fairy godmother to come along and give me a new past is not a realistic preference.
