I thought it may be a good idea to start this thread as I do have a Bucket List myself. For some this may be difficult especially having PTSD, where every day is a challenge in itself.
This can be a rewarding experience setting goals for the future, perhaps with a time frame in mind to achieve a certain goal. Some could be any time, others 3 months for easier goals, or years for harder ones. To simplify, it is like taking a journey in your car, where you know the purpose and the direction you are travelling in. It is not necessarily about the time it takes to reach your destination. It's the forward planning that matters.
Depending on how you feel to begin, can determine how big your list can be and you can always add to it at a later date. It doesn't have to be in any particular order either. When each goal is achieved you can cross it off your list. Setting goals helps keep you motivated.
So far in my life (I may be a lot older than some of you), I have achieved many of my goals with a few left. The most important goal being to find contentment or perhaps happiness before I kick the Bucket! Below is part of my list, including goals that I have achieved.
