Research says it's possible, people I have come to trust say it's possible, so I have to believe it's possible. We'll carry our experiences with us, but they just won't affect us like they do now.

What would life be if there were no abuse? Would then non-abuse or freedom and safety stop being part of who you are??

I was raped as a child, and because of that I was publicly raped again at 17.
I feel the better question is not where does it stop, but rather at this point how can we allow people to live lives after? I'm male and not Catholic.
Can this happen??
