BPD stands for Borderline Personality Disorder (Bipolar Disorder is BD) and if thats what you mean, thats possible but doubtful. If you mean Bipolar, also possible but may not be. This could be an array of mental illnesses along side of PTD as any mental disorder in the DSM can be along side of PTSD. Cormobility is common.
