I'm glad you were able to come back, embarr. I remember it was tough tough tough for me- I SOOOO wanted to, but have awful avoidance so nearly did not make it. Loggin in here every, single day has helped with that a TON. Almostttt gave myself a poorly constructed 'out' at one point, like a big, fat baby, sheer kindness instead of judgement hauled me back. Point being it's a great healing/working/constructive place to allow oneself.
