am I the only one where the loading page indicator keeps showing it is loading? (making it a bit trickier to click on the alerts and mail tab)? I am using my pc

of course, being in computers, I figured a work around to make it stop for me, but it only works on the current page, and will pop up again if I move, so I just keep doing the workaround (which doesn't seem too sensible)

Not seeing it. It shows, then hides once loaded. Have you dropped caches to obtain the latest file versions?

Within the USA, the site should be extremely zippy, as its hosted on the East coast. Outside the USA is where cloud flare really comes into it, caching content for users much closer to their location than the East coast of USA.

Ok, after monitoring stats for a day, decision is made that one more lot of downtime is required, later today my time. About 30 minutes will be needed.

East coast: 5am 12th.
West coast: 2am 12th.
UK: 10am 12th
Australia: 7pm East coast, 5pm West coast today.

The WORST thing you can do is to keep refreshing your page every x minutes. You will likely lock yourself out, even during downtime, as we have DNS firewalls in place. Leave it 10 minutes between refreshes.

@anthony - thanks for the update and all the work you have done. I nearly had a melt down the other day when i kept getting an error message re the server not connecting and safari not 'trusting the site'. I will stay awar until well after 10am to avoid any stress.
Thanks again - this site is awesome.
