Too much water isn't good because that can cause problems too. Just to let you know...Make sure you are keeping electrolytes in balance so you don't get into trouble.

I don't think I've got/had annorexia because I've never felt overweight, however, I can be bad at starving myself.

From the age of 13, I starved myself for 3 years, would go 3 or 4 days at a time without eating and when I did, I would make myself vomit. I collapsed all the time and at 16, I weighed approx. 70 lbs. I'm actually surprised I survived those years!

I don't vomit anymore, but when I start feeling down, I starve myself. It's like I don't get hungry, so I forget to eat, but now I recognize it and force something down my throat when it gets to 8pm and I realise I haven't eaten anything.

I think its a control thing, but when that cycle starts, I lose control of my appetite, if that makes sense?

My usual weight when I'm eating fine is about 115/120 lbs, but I've dipped down below 100 many times.

Leanne,
I can be a bit like you. I don't have an eating disorder, but do have to have control over my food. I can also lose my appetite for periods of time. I also have problems with vomiting. It is the 'urge' to vomit I so hate. By my T has put it in the 'self harm' category rather than eating disorder.

I thought I had this sorted, with no vomiting for months, but it has returned with a vengence recently.
