To OP:

I applaud your bravery. it takes a lot of courage to stand up and report. I've been in your situation, not dealing with an agency but in other situations where I couldn't say nothing.

I wasn't very popular with "blowing the whistle" but I don't regret doing what I did.

So bravo to you and your courage:)

I worked a short time at an agency that dealt primarily with medicaid. They told me to back date signatures and have a client back date. This came from the top of local office. I did not do it and resigned and reported to regional. Hard to tell where it comes from. They bill about $30 for every 15 minutes

Im dealing with a WB incident at my work. And it is deep seated problem. I'm actually on FMLA because of the bullying. Since when is erasing documentation in a discharged patient chart OK? And this was done by the social worker.

When that investigation starts, it's a big one, they try to snare as much as they can. I think l would stay anonymous, but report that everyone seems to know that fraud is going down. I would go federal and report it.
