Background info----
Ex dickhead was notorious for blaming EVERY LITTLE ISSUE on me and my PTSD. It got to the point where I believed him, sad to say. Years of this crap! He'd say "it's all you because I don't have these problems with other people!" As if!
I'm starting to unlearn these lessons in what is definitely the healthiest partnership relationship I've ever had.

It feels SO GOOD to finally be seen as a person who also has normal life struggles and isn't viewed as a broken person who is fully to blame for all relationship issues.
This is my epiphany! I wanted to share because I have a feeling there are others like me who deal with a lot of self blame and take on more responsibility than we should when things go wrong in relationships. While we may have a specific set of PTSD struggles, there will always be two people in a relationship, each imperfect, each contributing to the overall dynamic. Please don't fall into the same trap that I did. Please don't believe that everything is always your fault!
