Everything is “too much”

I experience hyper sensitivity to everything. I can’t relate when I listen to CPTSD specific podcasts or other about dissociation because (I used to be so disconnected) but I’ve completely swung the other way where normal things are “too much”. Has anyone else experienced this?
 
Indeed.
But I have them both - sometimes I’m all disconnected and numb, sometimes I get really overwhelmed and panicky.
