Such a poignant quote on so many levels.On reflection of life and experiences, what does it mean to each of us in this amazing community ? Please share your thoughts.

I always said in the beginning of therapy it was like the first episode of Deep Space 9 where they meet the wormhole aliens and they ask Cisco about when he finds his wife dead after the Borg attack. And they ask him "why do you exsist here?"

With PTSD its the same thing.....you exist in the present and you still exist at that moment of trauma even when its long past.
