Facebook can sooooo be a double-edged sword. It's great for sharing news and pics, but boy do people feel great when you tumble. They'll even "like" it. I only post what I don't mind my therapist reading, and I try not to post when I'm upset. It can be hard to do. I see people on my friends list in huge depression and letting it out there. I feel so bad for them because I know the next day, like taking a drink or whatever, they'll wish they didn't.
