Time for some self care and self nurturing. Do something you enjoy, something for you. If you could include some exercise; maybe a run or brisk walk - this would help?
I have experienced this at times. Sometimes I find that if I have had more sleep i have more energy and I can't focus it on anything positive so I end up feeling anxious and paniced and SI. Are you on any medication? I have found that some of the medications that I have been put on have made me sleep more, however they cloud my judgement when I am awake. Just a thought.
