If you want to explore a side of your sexuality, then go ahead and talk with your husband about it.

If your sex life with your husband is out of whack, then also, talk with your husband - about that.

No one enjoys being someone else's experiment. It'd be one thing for you to openly say to someone, 'hey, I'm married, my husband is ok with me exploring this, and I'm not looking for a relationship, just a physical experience'.

It's another thing to have an affair.

Personally, I don't judge either one. But it will be best for you if you can get clear with yourself about what problem you are trying to solve.

I was in your position, well, a similar one, as a teenage girl. I was 16 and very unsure what I wanted. I had a long term boyfriend and I ended it with him. A few months later I got with another girl and it was fantastic, it was what I had been missing all along and I never looked back.

I wish you luck and hope you find what is right for you but I also hope you'll either leave husband first or ask if you can make the relationship an open one.
