Glad he opened up some, opening up is so hard even to those we love because it leaves us SO VULNERABLE! :eek: Time, such a small word, but such an important thing. Glad things seem to be moving forward. :) Blessings to you, hope things keep getting better. Baby steps. What's the saying, "with love you can overcome any obstacle." Mine isn't jealous or so he says. He tells me he wouldn't care and it wouldn't bother him. It's a crock and I know it but that said. I actually go to his mh appointments with him and I've learned a lot of the "signs" I call them that's he's not doing so well. I write them down, discuss with him what I'm noticing and let his provider know. Last 2 visits his meds have been adjusted. He doesn't feel comfortable talking so let's me do it for him. We also had long discussions about certain behaviors that he exhibited at the trail end of what turns out to be his bad time when we met in march of 2014. I realized that a lot of what I was seeing in Nov 2014 correlated and we talked to mh provider about it possibly being cyclical with him, so a couple months ago I became vigilant looking for the signs that he was going into a tailspin. He's gotten much better with meds but still have a long way to go.
