Forgot An Introduction, Here's Mine

First off, I apologize for writing in a previous thread before typing up an introduction. I was looking online for a while for a place like this, so when I found it I was a little eager to start communicating.

My name's Alan. I joined the Marine Corps right after high school from NY, and less than a year after that I was on my first combat tour. I again deployed in 2011, which luckily was a lot less than my 2009 go at it. Both tours were in Afghanistan. I got out after my first enlistment, and have been trying to move on since.

I'm here, I guess, to mostly just talk and meet new people. I've seen from the short time I've been browsing in here that everyone is very supportive, and I'm hoping to get the chance to do the same. Looking forward to chatting with everyone in here.
