I'm incredibly shaky all over but my legs get the worse, the move so fast and feel like they're about to break into a run Usain Bolt would have difficulties keeping up with, what it did for me is it calmed the external shakes - I still felt a jittery on the inside, but after a longer time that was better too. My feet felt warm and safely grounded on the floor, they felt relaxed, but I can't remember ever feeling relaxed, it was very nice.
