Been feeling alienated recently. Turning something humerous usually helps, but not used to trying it with other people's comments. learning curve note to self! :)

Yeah, having PTSD ruling your life, its great to have a goal. Thats why you find a lot of veterans with bikes, boats, or cars in their garage.
I personally can't wait till my back is fixed so I can get back in my garden and get fit again. I love growing my own vegies, yet yesterday, I did a tiny bit of weeding and ended up kicking myself for it.

Your probably right Tex, she would do everything in her power to get back on her feet for Ski season.

My father-in-law when he was alive had both knees replaced and used to play 18 holes of golf 5 times a week. He was the best bloke and like a substitute father to me. He died while I was overseas. All the smoking and drinking he used to do took its toll and after 3 triple bypasses he finally had the big one and his heart just stopped one night while he was talking to his wife.
Life sucks sometimes doesnt it.

It's time to meet at Alan T's. house to get drunk and have a punch up. Femalevet said she wanted to get back to running and I think the Doc said skiing what ever it is I hope with all my heart they can give her a bit of her old life back.

Well Matt I will tell you a story since you put a picture of repelling. A friend of mine who was force recon in the corp was down in florida working kind of a post military thing looking into some contracts. I don't remember what floor it was but under the blindness of lots of alcohol he grabbed his tac bag hooked on and off the balcony. This would have been fun if he had put his gloves on. Well since it did not turn out well on his hands he decided to run and cool them in the ocean since he didn't want to show any pain. He got to the ocean and swam out to calm his pisstivity and on his way back in he decided to stand up to find the coral and cut his feet all to shit. Now he had to limp and he couldn't grab very well with his hands. He had a lot of repels under his belt and he was a combat swimmer/diver you would he would know better.

The lesson is once you mangle yourself don't let your pistivity get the best of you. Because you will always pay. I wish this was me in the story but I seen him the next week and he was still limping and his hands ouch. Matt is to relate to your close line leave the new one alone it didn't do shit.:D

I can vaguely remember times where anger leads to something getting screwed up, which then in turn caused more anger, which in turn caused more mayhem.......Downward spiral.

One day my Wife had a new mobile phone and asked me to help her set it up. I'm marginally techno savy. But then I got angry at the little latch where the SIM card goes in and partially broke that, then got more angry and was about to do more damage.......Then my wife took the phone away.

I'd love to get into shape again. Knees are trashed, right shoulder f'd up, ankles torn up. It's a painful process. I try to do the Scandihooligan thing and walk allot, but I need more.

lmao, thats funny mate. My boy always brings me his laptop to fix when he does shit to it. Some people think we have nothing better to do because we are home all day. You should go into system restore. You can roll things back several days and it will undo all changes. The bad news is you can lose some data. But it works.

No the dickhead rebooted my computer,$4000 computer which i bought myself for xmas,since that other fat basterd don't visit me no more,wife must of told santa im a prick, good the basterd was drinkin my best shit. My brother wont pick up phone,cause he knows me , he he ,got to ring computer bloke now....^%$# Tex ya right mate why waste a perfectly good piece of kit, im gona take him out to north rock & f*ckin leave him there. I can't stand people touching my computer... annoys me because they have to adjust something just for the sake of it.

What makes that worse, is Nicolette's employee's will use my computer on days in the office... these days it now doesn't run the same.

When you shift to all mac, the mac I am on now will be employee's use, and mine will be nobody but me again.
