Funny things your pet does

I used to joke that she couldn't be more British if she tried!
:roflmao:

I think My(stray)Cat was originally owned by Asian folk. She'll eat Japanese, Vietnamese, & Chinese food all day long... But looks at anything American/ Mediterranean with... Concern. And revulsion. And more concern. (What did you DO to it??? It used to be food. It might have been food. Once. And you ruined it. Ruined it. Really. That's just gross.) And refuses to eat it. Except for vegan mayonnaise? :O_o: Apparently vegan mayo = crack. I have to lock her in the bathroom or sleeping bag if I'm using vegan mayo for anything.

Not my pets, but I frequent a cat cafe that lets me interact with cats without the responsibilities.

They have a Maine Coon there. For anyone who doesn't know, they're huge. He's 8 years old and acts like the king of the place. The oldest cat there is a year older and really short. The kittens who are getting close to a year old are outgrowing him in length.

I saw them playwrestling one time. The Maine Coon was lying on his back and only used his front legs and head. The other cat was standing up and used everything he had. Like that they were quite evenly matched.

That Maine Coon may act like the king, but he wouldn't harm anyone. If he doesn't want to be petted he will swat you away without using any claws. One time I was already petting him when he decided he had had enough. He couldn't reach to swat me, so he aimed his bite at the air next to my hand to avoid biting me. Turns out he decided it was time to groom himself and I was in the way.

@Ragdoll Circus I have a shih-tzu too. She jumps at my face when she wakes me up too! Or, at my husband if he is on his phone playing games too long.

She turns two in April and keeps everyone entertained at all times. She is the sweetest and when I’m feeling low she lays on my heart or head and won’t leave my side.

It forces me to snap out of it sometimes and play with her.

She isn’t a service dog but she is very connected to us. We don’t know how we have lived without her.

Everyone needs one.

. So we'd be cruising in the jeep, both of us belted, with the dog holding onto my thigh.
I know I’m late to this post but I’m cracking up! This is too cute!

Let's see....My chickens follow me around like the pied Piper, my one dog Jodie will lay down next to my treadmill when I'm on it and will wait outside the bathroom door for me, my dog Dixie on a walk if she's not on a leash will come back and check on us. My cat will stand at the door and make sure it's not too cold or raining before he'll go outside. He's dainty like that.

My dog doesn’t like to be cold. When the earth is snow covered and it minus ten degrees out, she alternates her paws and she tries to not be touching the ground. It looks like she’s walking across hot coals! And she always falls down because she only wants one paw down. She also hates getting out of bed in the morning. She’s under my covers and I stand there and tell her to get up and she plays dead. I literally have to drag her out from under the blankets.

and will wait outside the bathroom door for me,
Lol! I live alone in a studio apartment but I still close the bathroom door behind me. Every now and then, I don’t swing it shut properly, and Buddy stands there with his nose pressed into the gap, like, “Yo, what the hell are you even doing in there!?” Kind of distracting!!
