That's cool,
@SaharaSon . Thanks for the chuckle. lol
I'm not dissen' your (organic) eggs, but rather
my previous ongoing consumption of them for several years, almost every day for breakfast and sometimes for dinner, too...no matter how happy and loved and pampered the chickens were, their eggs were significantly dissen' my well-being, in more ways than one.
Definitely not trying to get members to join any congregation, other than the one within themselves that ensures the best self-care possible for their own biological make-up, beginning with something as simple as their consumption choices...something many of us DO have total control over. However, I've also been homeless for a stretch and realize sometimes there simply is no choice and one must ingest whatever is available or offered.
If you feel eggs are your thing, then so be it, and eat up! May your innards continue to agree, long-term. That's where it seemed to have tricked me. I thought I
was improving my health and the fate of the animals greatly by switching to the home raised varieties of meat, dairy, and eggs, until my body told me otherwise, in many ways.
Reading more about foods that create a lot of mucus, with animal products being at the top of the list, and speaking directly to folks throughout the years who've lessened their mucus forming foods intake for several decades opened my eyes to a lot more than we've ever been taught in formal settings called schooling, which is where most of our most highly sought after care-providers are being "educated".
Now that I see and have lived through several years of finally learning and acting on the control I never knew I could have over my own well-being, my main concerns now lie with the animals who have no choice in the matter. They can't speak up, but I sure can.
We don't HAVE to have animal products to maintain optimal health. Their products were never meant for our consumption in the first place, no matter how much many insist they were, but rather survival circumstances changed that a long time ago, and then we decided to make it the "norm", especially once it all became industrialized for profit.
It's rather sickening to look behind many of those curtains, to say the least. Those places are packed full of energies and substances the general public can not afford to digest any longer. But in speaking out about things like that, I'm more often than not looked upon as an ignorant uneducated fool for even suggesting it, regardless of the very visible significant health improvements I've gained in doing so. lol Especially in this land of big ag where I reside. Profits over health is their method of operation, at all costs.
Silly me thought significantly improved health would be genuinely celebrated and something others would be eager to strive for and learn more about...but apparently not...especially once you mention f*cking with their food. lol
May all beings live as comfortably and as healthily as possible within themselves through their daily choices. Peace.
