QiGong is amazing stuff! Our inner-chi helps steer our energy, for sure.

Yeah actually QI Gong really does energise me, literally can feel the Chi! Which is the opposite of tiring yourself put in the gym innit :p

I would love to learn Tai Chi more in the future too, it just looks so beautiful n calming.

Yoga maybe when I'm fitter n stronger. Still pretty intimidated by it for some reason.

I'm entering week 2 of eating healthy and exercising at the gym. I had spent the past five months sitting at home, binge eating on the most unhealthy food I could grab.

I spend forty minutes on the elliptical and that works for me. It's a great way for me to start a morning. It gives me energy for the day and it seems to keep my anxiety under control. I think I can keep this up.

Eating healthy, on the other hand, is a real pain! Lots of fruits and veggies and lean meats. But it doesn't give me the soothing feeling that eating a bacon cheeseburger with large fries did. But I now in the long run it will be for the best.

I have the opposite problem! My anxiety makes me so nauseous that I don’t eat. Going on five months now and down about 25 pounds. Not eating enough to be able to do sustained exercise.

Goal 1.....EAT! I take supplements too.

Goal 2.....Get back to exercising.

I’m glad I lost the extra weight, but this is not the right way. I know my ferritin levels are low. I look like a ghost!
