Goal For The Day

My goal is to have a good day. Husband is not doing good today. So I will have to uplift his spirits. I will go for frappes. I will go for take out too.

First get my asthma back under control, because my chest feels tight and I don't want it to get worse.

After that I really need to take down all the decorations so my mother doesn't try to do it on her own. I also need to clean the house for my parents.

Take a shower. Mabe go food shopping. Try to cheer my husband up.

My goal is to get through the day with very little, if any physical pain. To take it easy and follow doctor's orders.

I accomplished alot of goals today. I feel a big sense of accomplishment.

My goal for the night (it's 11pm here, but I have lots to do): wash laundry and pack my things

For the day tomorrow: go to the post office, get mother to physical therapy, and go home!!

Take a shower, and go to my daughters to celebrate my youngest granddaughters birthday. She is eight years old today.

Finish moving my stuff into my new house so I never have to see my washed up occasional crack smoking 55 year old landlord again.

Play guitar.

Organize stuff at the new place.

Catch up on sleep.

To do some stretching exercises to help get the mobility back in my arm. Can move it in some directions, but the surgical wound is still healing so I have to be careful. Trying not to sleep to avoid things.

Got my package from the post office. Now to pack and hope I can go home very soon. I do not believe I can take much more at this house.

I think that is a great goal, I know you can do it. :)

And my goal for the day is to go out after work today and buy some very needed things for my apartment. Luckily I leave here at 3pm (it's 8am now, but I have plenty of books to occupy me) so it should not be dark outside when I go.
