There is also some links between cancer and processed foods .... Yesterday was so awe taking for my chemo, we were always about 50 people waiting to be called for our treatments. The nurse that took care of me spoke about processed foods being one of the possible factors that cause cancer ... any cancer. She said it is so incredible the number of people who are affected by this disease. There are also other factors, so we do what we can to help ourselves maintain a good health.

That's all I ate growing up, that's all my mother would make. Gross frozen food. And not enough of it. I was always sick then. I mean, I was mentally ill already then,and untreated but processed food all the time didn't help at all. I have noticed my eczema is pretty much gone now.

Nightmares again last night...people trying to hurt me. there was murdered people again.

Goal for the day...try not to think about it. Write in my journal.

I think a t would probably tell you that you are better off thinking about it....writing about it and talking about it. Your brain will continue to try to make sense of the trauma until you let it out.

My goal for today is to go pick up my package at the local post office (I think it contains some Omega 3 oils). Post back a package of items I'm returning to Amazon. Pitch three magazine articles. Clean my living room, hall and kitchen floors. Write.

Call doctor to get early appointment.
Make some chai tea. Eat some breakfast.
Read some posts on here, and reply to a few. ( But I have to be awake first, still a bit blurry)
Do more research on mania...there are some questions that need answering
