My goal for the day was to have lunch with my husband, and have some time for me, getting out.
My husband took me out for a beautiful relaxed meal, and we spent quality time together. He pointed out I need to put myself first sometimes and not feel guilty about it. He was right, I always consider everyone else's needs before my own. I enjoyed having time not thinking about the past, and actually living in the present, for a change.
So I achieved my goal, I went out, I wasn't anxious and I enjoyed putting my needs first, for a change. My next goal is to set time aside to do it once a fortnight, to have quality time alone with my husband.
