Goal For The Day

Tomorrow I want to get on the cross-trainer for 5 minutes to see if it helps the pain I am having.
Make scrambled eggs and fried potatoes for me and the boys. Has to include a vegetable for me and less potatoes.;)
Play yahtzee with the boys in the evening.
Watch the film Nemo with them. We always laugh a lot at that film. Animated films are brillant.
Achieve my last day of the 14 day challenge!:tup:
 
Goal for the day

Write in my trauma diary- I wrote this morning, but it can't really be considered a post because it didn't actually cover my trauma, just my nightmare. :confused:
 
Small steps through many tasks and processes until each and all add up to be a big task completed.

Such as financial straightening, family medical straightening, wind damage prevention, what is this and what is that tasks, eliminate this and eliminate that, manage many simultaneiously stressors, and the more etc. (lol)

;) Plus, remember to eat, vitamins, sh't and shower. (lol)

:D Manage, manage, manage, moderate, moderate, moderate, stress, stress, stressors. :D

To grin and bear this, while contributing to peace and improvements in this day! :)

...Ouch, just thinking about the goal, hurts already ;) (lol)

  • Stretch my back out gently after over-extending in yoga
  • Tackle one issue around money/ rent
  • Tidy bedroom
  • Due up budget for upcoming mth
  • Make list of stuff that needs to be done
  • Clean out my side of the fridge
  • Pray
