Goal For The Day

Today I'm going feel loved, and try to figure out how to answer when those who love me ask what kind of help I need or want. Think I might make those loved ones some little presents. I'm not sure it comes out in words how much they mean to me. I'll show them in deeds and actions how much I appreciate them.
 
Goal for today:

Think of a goal for tomorrow- I'm too sleepy and sad right now to think of today:sleep::unsure: - Why do today what you can put off til tomorrow right?? :p
 
I was dreading it but I went food shopping, got a mocha frappe, they know us there now and we have small talk,
Did the wash for the week, YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool:

I am online receiving and giving help, support, and encouragement.

will go out for fast food tonight.

Watch tv and read before I go to bed. It keeps me from having nightmares, and relaxes me.

My anxiety passed away, I was having it and it is gone now. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool:
 
Going to take it easy today and watch the dvr Little house on the praire today.
I'm going to journal on my triggers and my fears and mabe write the results in my trauma diary.
Going to go out for my mocha frappe.
Going to fix a good dinner,
Going to read before I go to bed. It relaxes me and I do not have nightmares.
 
Make it through work.
Listen.
Try to not buy cigarettes, or at least smoke less.
Sleep tonight(?)
Try to accomplish a goal I missed this morning this afternoon.
Read a page or 2 a day of (I'm sorry, I can't remember who 'linked' it-Chondra?) that article about ptsd/ military.
