Take a shower and go for take out. Mabe take out the trash again. It is cold outside.

I am going to buy a few items for a small Xmas lunch tomorrow for myself.

I am also going to buy a small Xmas present for myself and wrap it, so I have something to open tomorrow.

For tommorow my goal is to have the best christmas eve possible. To connect with my husbands doctor and hopefully get tips on how to deal with what is going on with my husband.

 

[Abstract]

I never managed to do it. Just a mess. Trying to put that behind me now which is hard as it affects others as well as myself and will mean someone else will have a mass of work pressure between Christmas and New Year. :( That is the part that is particularly hard.

I have to have to send off this paperwork tomorrow. I also need to pick up my medication. I ran out days ago and the chemist is going to get fed up keeping it. I also need to organise work for when I am off and buy a few food ingredients for Christmas.

Finish the Christmas food shopping. Pack the last presents, then relax and watch a DVD by myself boo hoo.

Goal is to take care of myself so that I won't be knocked out tomorrow. Can feel my physical illness kicking in. I've missed Christmas's in the past because of it. So, today, I won't push it.
