Goal For The Day

My goal is to:

take a nap
brush the dogs
bake banana bread
cook dinner
do laundry

To take a shower and wash my hair, so I won't look like I have been in bed for weeks, even though I have been so on and off with this sinus infection. I am doing a bit better though, thank God.

Do my chores. Do the wash. Take out the trash. Take a shower. Talk to my doctor on the phone. Trying to get a medication refilled.

Went to the Social Security Administration to replace my old S.S. card. Then, I went to Red Mango and had some amazing frozen yogurt.

I want to do a small bit of tidying up as I have had a big day being out and about.

To start my yoga. Have my mat and found a cancer recovery website that has some simple stretching exercises to start with. Going to start making this part of my morning routine.

Go to therapy.
Pick up meds.
Go to a meetup group.
Avoid flashbacks and panic attacks. (Therapy dog)

Do my chores. Get dressed. Go to the doctor. Fix dinner. Do the dishes in the diswasher. Relax.

I have been trying to figure out how to change the filter in the furnace without having to call a plumber, etc. to do it. They would charge so much to just come out to my house.

I tried to do it, but as I climbed the ladder to the opening into the attic in the closet, I began to freak out.

I then picked up the phone and called a place yesterday, looking for someone. I needed a "handyman" and I found one.

He came out this morning and put in the new filter and he charged me $5.00 which I gladly paid. So grateful!

Do my chores. Go food shopping. Go to the bank, get gas, put the food away. Take out the trash. Be online for awhile.

Do something little more energetic than walking. I don't know what I can do, but I am searching for this activity.
