Yesterday I think I set myself up for a lss, because I placed a minimum time on the exercise goal. I didn't make that time limit, though I did exercise.
Today I decided that to exercise, I need to listen to my body and not overdo it. Yes: No pain, no gain is true, but too much exertion when I am recovering from a sinus infection is not good either. So today I am letting my body tell me when it has moved some blood and gotten into gear with the exercise. But I don't plan to overdo it! And I already exercised just now for a bit too. So! If I exercise throughout the day, here and there, I think that is best. After waking in the morning and after naps is the best time, I think. So that is my goal.
