Goal For The Day

My goal was to get to the doctors today which I did. It was very stressful for me to go, but I did it.

My goal is to pick up my surgery packet, finish laundry and I just forgot the rest.

My goal was to exercise, which I already did. Didn't make that goal yesterday. My other goal was to take care of myself a little more in order to feel better about myself. To put a little more into myself. I made that goal too.

My goal is to begin to feel the pain and the other emotions that have been stored in my body because of others crossing my boundaries and me allowing it at various times.

I almost ran off down the street, but I was brave. I went to the dentist and it turned out not to be as bad as I thought it would be.

Staying awake until after the cable guy is here. Not feeling anxiety over him coming here and my house not being perfect.

My goal is not to worry about all of the negatives in my life with my crises situations. I had some success yesterday and hope to do it again today.

Vacuumed my apartment today. Put away the laundry. Cooked dinner for my roommates. Learned a bit more how to do crossword puzzles using a thesaurus to help strengthen my vocabulary and knowledge.
