Going away so time spent reading here... Yeh!
I am actually looking forward to going away in a days time with the missus for her work commitments. She has some clients she has to visit, and its an overnight thing... so I get the notebook and wireless connection, lots of time alone to sit in the motel and just read online. I intentionally don't put any of my software on the notebook so I can't edit websites, etc... instead I can just chillout and actually do some catchup on reading.
I am quite honestly looking forward to reading everything here that I haven't read in the last few days... I find reading military and responding much easier than dealing with civilians nowadays. They frustrate me more than anything as a majority don't want to just get in, get dirty, go through a lot of tough shit to get out the other side a much better person... military have the head down, bum up, attitude from training which helps in healing something like PTSD and learning how to manage it... civilians are so much more difficult because they tend to do more complaining, less work on themselves.
I understand they don't have the training of being pushed, so they don't know what a personal limit really is for the majority... I think that is what frustrates me most and why I just can't help anyone on the other forum any more... civilians are just simply too frustrating to teach and then expect them to do.
Military.... we just say f*ck it... the sooner I get the hard shit out of the way, the sooner I get better and can relax. Can do attitude.
