Well my therapist has left on her 12 day vacation and I felt lost, alone and abandoned. I know it's only 12 days but to me it's forever, especially with zero support. It's scary

I am pretty new here but this seems like a supportive place thus far. I am here for support :) I know I am not your therapist but try to find comfort in the fact that people on these forums read your posts! That is what I am trying to do since I lost my therapist.

To distract yourself, what about listening to music, reading or audio books, drawing, exercise, movies, video games, puzzles, cooking, knitting.
