Sufferer Greetings Again

Hello everyone! I used to be a member on this website. My symptoms have kind of inflamed recently and my memory is so poor, I couldn't remember the log-in information or what email my account was hooked up to. So I started this new account. I hope that's okay.

I am an 18 year old student studying abroad for (probably) only this year. I was diagnosed with PTSD from childhood abuse (mental, physical, and neglect) a while ago. My main support therapist is a bit over 1000 miles away from me and I see a counselor with the school once every two weeks. Not too great, obviously. There are plans to get a service dog this summer and I hope to move closer to home (live with my boyfriend, be closer to my sick dad, etc) and go to a university that helps my specific major.

I am a cheerleader, struggling through games as they highly stress my triggers. I hope to become a sexual health counselor. And... yeah :) I hope to help and be helped on this site.

I understand the theraphist being far away situation, though I live in a much tinier country. that is less than or maybe about a thousand miles in diameter, so my theraphist is about 130km from me.

Hopefully you manage to get into a better and less stressful situation, and more support is always helpful.
