I am a newb here and I assume that this is a safe place to vent my truamatic experiences and frustrations. I am diagnosed from a professional that I have PTSD and I hope people here show me the ropes to the site ❤✌

Starting a trauma diary is a way to have space to vent, which can be a helpful way to keep it all in one place, and get some insight from other members. If you have more specific venting to be done, just start a thread in the relevant forum!!
