Hello, I am a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and have pulled 3 tours there. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and having a hard time dealing with it. I am being treated for it at a VA clinic by a psychiatrist. My problem is that I am very short tempered in certain situations. When in those situations, I often throw stuff or use strong language. The psychiatrist has me on the medication buprofin which helps take the edge off. Due to my job, I can not see a psycologist or join a group so I turned online help with hopes to find those who can relate to what I experience. I can't turn to friends because they don't understand.
