hiya, I think there may be light at the end of the road , i today for the first time , talked openly as much as possible about HIM, it was sooo hard. The first thing to get in the way was a stammer (which I have at no other time) then lock jaw, shaking and cloudy mind.
I had been given the idea many years ago that this all started because I was in a happy place but today it came to us that when my oldest child became 4 , thats when it started as I was 4 the first time it started for me. ( I was raped the first time around age 4).
